Shaalpoph stands for Literature because it’s the act of sharing warmth with a Kanger and telling a story. In Shaalpoph there is always an older person telling a story to a younger person while sharing the warmth of a single Kanger. In Shaalpoph section we publish fiction; mostly short stories, memoirs and poetry by Kashmiri writers. We will also publish translations of Kashmiri literature into English.
